GP practices are busier than ever and the whole team here at The Turret Medical Centre are working harder than ever to provide a safe service to our patients. We are dealing with more patient contacts per week that an average week pre-COVID. If you do need to contact us, you will be offered a telephone consultation in the first instance and will always be offered a face to face appointment if this is felt to be needed.
NHS Great Glasgow & Clyde have released the visual below which explains why we are still operating differently compared to before the Coronavirus pandemic, and offers some advice on alternative places to get advice, when the GP is perhaps not the most appropriate.
As always, if you need advice during normal hours, please call the surgery, or call 111 when we are closed. Always call 999 in an emergency.
